Schedule and check-in
The timetable, the roster, spots on the floor, waitlists and walk-ins. One screen the desk can run a morning from.
In development
Built by operators, for operators who care more about the room than the rollout.
Most studio software is a booking engine with reports bolted on. The front desk ends up in one tool, payroll in another, and the numbers that decide anything in a spreadsheet nobody updates.
Gridiron is built the other way round — around the day as it actually runs.
The timetable, the roster, spots on the floor, waitlists and walk-ins. One screen the desk can run a morning from.
Plans, credits, commitments, transfers and penalties. What someone holds, what they have used, what they owe.
Shifts, cover requests, a time clock that knows where the studio is, commission and payroll export.
Email, text and a task for a person — triggered by what a member did, not by a date on a calendar.
Retention, conversion, class utilisation and contribution by coach. Measured the same way every week.
Raises the handful of things worth doing today, and records whether doing them worked.
None of them record whether what you did about it worked. So none of them get better after launch, and neither does the studio using them.
Gridiron keeps the outcome. A play is raised, somebody acts, and thirty days later the system knows whether that member stayed. Over a year that becomes the only honest answer to what actually retains people in your studio, rather than in studios generally.
Gridiron is being built inside a working studio group, not around a whiteboard. Every screen has had a front desk argue with it.
Get in touch
Gridiron is in private development and is not taking customers. If you run a studio and want to hear when it opens, say hello.
